I’m waaaay behind on posting but big congratulations to my buyers who relocated from Florida to Georgia in April! 🎉 After lots and lots of FaceTime tours, we got under contract on a home in Johns Creek but ended up terminating after the inspection revealed more issues than we felt comfortable working through. Everything happens for a reason and soon after we won this Alpharetta home in multiple offers!

The sellers were long time owners who took amazing care of the property. They had raised their now adult children in the home and were so excited that it would be going to another family with young kids. My buyers loved the bones of the house and are almost done with some cosmetic updates to make it their own including a full kitchen renovation, new flooring in the basement and office, new paint throughout, and a few other minor projects. It was a very happy closing table and the icing on the cake was co-oping with my Bolst colleague . 🙌🏼 Cheers and congratulations to all!

We are ✨PENDING✨ on this incredible contemporary style home in Collier Hills! This is probably one of the coolest homes I’ve ever toured, so naturally I was thrilled when my buyers fell in love with it too. This architecture and overall design of the house are so unique and gorgeous, plus the location can’t be beat with the Beltline and Bobby Jones literally in their backyard. So far it’s been an easy breezy transaction and I’m excited to share more once this one is closed!

Chris and I are beyond thrilled to share that baby girl Cook will be joining our family in early November! 🎀🥹🙏🏼

Some of you know that this has been a LONG road. I was ready to be a mom almost 10 years ago, but life had other plans. I never thought I’d have my first baby at 40, and it’s been hard not to feel behind watching so many of my friends start families. Everything happens for a reason and I know that I’m right where I’m supposed to be, but there truly aren’t words to express how grateful, relieved, and excited we are for this chapter. Thanks to our friends and families for your support along the way, especially this last year and a half when it felt like this was never going to happen. We love you all! Get ready to babysit!! 😂

Also… I would be remiss if I did not give a huge acknowledgment to anyone reading this who is still navigating the TTC journey. I see you, and I know how hard it is to read these posts. Your time is coming. Have faith. And I’m here if you need a hug or listening ear. 🤍

John and Sarah bought a house! 🎉

These two were referred from past wedding clients of mine and had a goal to buy their first home and get settled before welcoming their first baby this fall. We hit the ground running and actually got under contract on a house pretty quickly. During due diligence we decided to terminate and refocus the search on townhomes that are a bit more budget and maintenance friendly for first time home buyers. We found the perfect unit in Roswell - a great location, a gated neighborhood with amenities and beautiful upgrades from sellers with excellent taste. We were able to snag this one for under list price with some seller paid closing costs AND appraised for over contract price. 🙌🏼

Last weekend I hosted my first Spring Cleaning client event! 🗑️♻️ We had a big dumpster, bins for paper shredding, an electronics recycling pickup, and of course a coffee cart (shoutout to .coffee ). We had a great turnout and given all the positive feedback I’ll definitely be making this an annual event. I love hosting useful and fun events for my clients and especially love getting to see everyone and catch up! 🫶🏼

SOLD ✨ OFF MARKET ✨ in Milton!

My buyers and I had been scouring the MLS trying to find the perfect fit but kept coming up short. I tapped into my network and found them several off market homes to check out, but when I walked into this one I knew it was perfect. This house just has something special about it that can’t be conveyed in photos. You feel it from the minute you walk in the front door and once you check out the backyard paradise you will never want to leave. I am beyond excited for this amazing family to start their next chapter in such a beautiful home and am so grateful to them for choosing me to be a part of the ride!

SOLD in Lilburn! 🎉

I first met Joe and Jess when they bought a house with me back in the fall of 2022 and we worked together to sell that same house a year later when they got relocated for work. Since 2023 they have lived in Atlanta, Texas, Missouri and then back to Atlanta in a rental last fall. It looks like they’re here to stay this time, so they reached out again to find a *hopefully* more long term house.

We toured several homes before coming across this one on a cul de sac that is very spacious with a great yard and huge outbuilding with power and water. The seller had lived there for 24 years and took excellent care of the property, and my buyers are excited to make it their own with some cosmetic updates. In fact, they were planning to go straight there after closing and start ripping up carpet! I *LOVE* when buyers can see the potential in a property and have the guts to take on a project… I really can’t wait to see this one once they’re done with it. 😍

Congratulations Joe and Jess and thank you again for your trust! I love y’all, but hope we don’t work together for at least a few more years. 😉😂 Welcome back to Atlanta!!

I’m a little behind in posting but these two homes are officially pending and heading to closing in the next couple of weeks! 🎉

These homes are totally different styles and in different parts of the metro (Alpharetta and Lilburn!), but both were very well maintained by long time owners. Both sets of buyers have lots of plans to make the homes their own and I can’t wait to see the transformations! Stay tuned for more details after everything is official!
