Each home greets you with stunning floor to ceiling glass and private, glass panel balconies that enhance breathtaking views. Sleek finishes include granite kitchens with stainless steel appliances and modern pendant lighting. Bamboo floors flow through the living areas to the bedroom(s) that feature granite counters, stone floors, and accents; frameless glass showers and garden tubs are standard, with select homes offering both in the master bath. The plaza level sits secluded with its many amenities that include a sparkling saline pool with epic waterfall and in-water tanning ledges. Cabanas and top quality pool furniture flank the area that flows graciously into private grilling and dining at one end of the pool, and into an outdoor sports bar at the other. Stroll form the pool through the bar and enter your activity area centered on a full-size bocce ball court. Outdoor fireplaces are the centerpiece of additional gathering, grilling, and dining areas. Select plaza level homes offer private patios adjacent to the area and its numerous amenities. A short, high-speed elevator ride takes you to the amenities on the 23rd floor; upon arrival you will be captivated by the views that can be experienced in the Clubroom, Sports Lounge, and Fitness Facility. The Clubroom's Midtown views are enhanced with several comfortable areas of various sizes. A skyline viewing room, media lounge, business center, and a conference room are included in your Clubroom with its large bar and Midtown sky lounge. The sky lounge is shared with the Sports Club where billiards, poker, and shuffleboard are at your disposal along with theater seating to watch your favorite events. Across the hall enter the fully-equipped Fitness Facility overlooking Atlanta's downtown skyline. The variety of equipment and free weights offer a professional work-out experience only an elevator ride away. 77 12th is easily accessible from the Midtown & Art Center MARTA trian stops, I-75/85, I-20, and GA 400.
