A little bit of negotiating, a lot of problem-solving, and somehow an impressive amount of photographing things most people never think twice about. 😂

What makes a good real estate agent in Atlanta? 🏡

It’s more than knowing the market and negotiating a contract.

A lot of it is knowing when to slow things down, explain something differently, speak up, or just let a client think.

Real estate is personal. The numbers are big, the decisions matter, and sometimes you fall in love with a house that has “character” aka a mysterious smell. 😂

My job is to help you see the whole picture — not just keep the deal moving.

Sometimes that means negotiating harder. Sometimes it means pointing out something you hadn’t considered. And sometimes it means saying, “I don’t think this is the right house.”

That’s the kind of representation I believe in: honest, thoughtful, and always focused on what’s actually right for my client.

Living in Atlanta means accepting the traffic as part of the deal. 😂

Is it annoying? Absolutely. Do we still think it’s worth it? Also absolutely.

Because somehow you can spend 45 minutes getting somewhere that should take 15, and then you’re grabbing tacos, walking the BeltLine, finding a new coffee spot, or catching one of those perfect fall days in Piedmont Park… and you remember why you live here.

At this point, I’ll take the traffic.

Selling a home in Atlanta? A good marketing plan should do more than make your listing look pretty.

The launch matters — but so does everything that happens after it hits the market.

It’s about getting the home in front of the right buyers, creating enough attention to generate momentum, and making sure the presentation gives people a reason to stop scrolling and take a closer look.

Then you watch the response.

How many showings? What are buyers saying? Where are they hesitating? Is the activity matching what we expected?

Because “my neighbor sold for X” is a conversation starter… not a pricing strategy. 😉

The best marketing plans aren’t just a checklist of things to do. They’re built to create momentum, measure the response, and adjust when the market gives you new information.
