Here’s what we’re seeing across several local markets over the last 6 months:

• Auburn continues seeing strong activity and steady absorption, with attainable pricing continuing to attract buyers.

• Skaneateles remains one of the region’s tightest inventory markets, where buyer demand continues outpacing the pace of new listings entering the market.

• Cayuga Lake and surrounding communities are showing signs of upward pricing pressure, particularly as seasonal inventory remains relatively limited.

The bigger takeaway?

Real estate across the Finger Lakes is never moving as one market. Strategy, pricing, and timing matter differently depending on the community, inventory type, and buyer pool.
