Congratulations to my client on his accepted offer! When someone has something very specific for their real estate goals, it can limit the already limited inventory. But he was patient and we were aggressive in our strategy to beat out all other offers. This unit checked all the right boxes. And I am so happy for him. His patience paid off!!

A Day As Seen from The Deck.

As you take your coffee to your private deck, you watch the light play on the water and see if the heron landed on your dock that morning. It's quiet and peaceful. By midmorning, the crew has arrived for the weekend.Beach towels, sunscreen and floaties get sorted out. Someone mentions water skiing. By lunchtime, the kids are jumping off the dock into the water, and all you hear is laughter and "Watch Me!"... After a day on the water, you play Uno and decide the loser sets the table for dinner. Someone gets out the old croquet set and sets up wickets around the yard. You yell out " No balls in the water!" But of course, an errant ball goes into the water and you all laugh anyway as it gets retrieved. Later, you're grilling your dinner and waving at your neighbors as they float by on their sunset pontoon cruise. After dinner, you can smell the marshmallows being toasted by the fire pit. A few are burnt but it doesn't matter.. At the end of the evening, with guests, kids and pets all tucked in for the night, you enjoy a glass of wine while watching the fireflies dart about. And know these were all the things you wanted from a house on the lake: memories being made.
