Utilities, we have them! While we are located within the city limits of Auburn, our water service is provided by the good folks at Loachapoka Water Authority. Electricity comes from Alabama Power, who is currently finishing up their install. They will also be placing our street lights, which have already been ordered and paid for. Finally. AT&T has committed to providing fiber internet to our neighborhood. They’ll be installing their lines once Alabama Power is finished.

All of our lots are a minimum of 3 acres, providing plenty of space for individual septic systems. If you desire gas at your new home, you will want to install buried propane.
