Every listing comes with a story… but this one deserves its own Netflix series. 😂🏡

We listed, got plenty of showings, the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the house was beautiful. After a couple of offers, we went under contract with a buyer who absolutely fell in love with it. ❤️

Then came inspection day. 📋 The inspector called me from inside the house and said, “There’s a leak… and it’s caused A LOT of damage.” 😳

My heart didn’t just drop—it left the building. 😂💔

Then came the insurance claim… because apparently real estate transactions need a little extra seasoning. 🌶️ The delay was painful, and it felt like every time we took one step forward, we took five steps backward. At one point, I was pretty sure this house was personally testing my patience. 😂

But we didn’t give up! We ended up renting the house to the buyers while everything was being sorted out, and finally—ONE MONTH after our original closing date—we made it to the finish line! 🎉🔑

This was easily one of the most stressful transactions I’ve experienced, but the lesson is simple: Don’t give up when the deal gets messy. Keep pushing, keep communicating, and eventually you’ll get those keys across the finish line! 💪🏡

And yes… I will be telling the story of this one for a LONG time. 😂

This one was the Multiple offers guy! We had several showings the first 2 days and 5 offers within 48 hours! Happy closing to my sellers and Congratulations! Btw. the sellers and I never met-in person! All done long distance! I know what they sound like, but still have no idea what they look like :)
