Today’s Rental Market has changed exponentially, Fort Gordon was our main driving force for consistent turnovers in Augusta (and other military markets) and great tenants. Since COVID they don’t move personnel as often and now “in my opinion” AI is a player and will require less human personnel. Adjust accordingly!
