After years of calling Mueller home, it’s bittersweet saying goodbye to these longtime Muellerites 🏡✨

4512 Ruiz is officially closed, and while we’ll miss these amazing clients and neighbors, we’re so excited for their next chapter heading to the Great White North! ❄️

Austin’s housing market is one of the fastest-growing in the country, and that rapid growth is changing how buyers should approach new construction. 🏗️

More buyers are choosing new builds for availability and customization, but “new” doesn’t always mean problem-free.

That’s where pre-drywall inspections come in. 🧐

This inspection happens after framing and rough-ins, but before drywall goes up, when the home’s “bones” are fully visible.

It’s the best opportunity to catch issues like:

• Framing or structural concerns
• Electrical or plumbing issues hidden behind walls
• HVAC installation or ductwork problems
• Moisture protection and weatherproofing gaps

Once drywall is installed, these fixes become far more difficult and expensive.
