A little curb appeal goes a long way — fresh plants, a tidy yard, and some color can seriously move buyers. I spent the end of May doing exactly that — helping my daughter-in-law pick out beautiful plants at The Natural Gardener, one of my favorite spots in Austin.

(And yes, they have a goat. And a yellow submarine. Ours is not to wonder why)

This little guy showed up in my backyard today, carefully tucked away while Mama searched for a safe place for her baby to grow and thrive.

Started off with moving forward for my wonderful sellers under contract at 8207 Española Trail. then a day trip with a good friend to Magnolia Silos in Waco, followed by a weekend of water feature gardening in Cedar Park and a wonderful brunch at Eggs Up Grill. . There’s so much to do in Austin but I also believe that Austin is surrounded by fabulous places to visit from 30 minutes away to two hours. You’ll always find something fun and interesting.
