Hey, I'm Amy Chance.

You may know me as Cason, Cade, and Christian's mom. Christi's "older" sister. Shane's favorite sister (by default — he's just known me longer), Chad's little sister, Ray's daughter, or Bryan's ex-wife. Hahaha!

I'm that loud-mouth, Port Acres-grown, Beaumont-raised girl who somehow found herself in real estate. It was never on my radar — only because I didn't know much about it. Two girls from church, Libby and Mozelle (RIH), were the closest experience I ever had to knowing this profession even existed.

Growing up without homeownership meant we never crossed paths with a mortgage broker, a real estate agent, a home inspector, or a title company. I think about how different my life would've looked had I had more access, more knowledge, earlier.

Education is key. That's part of why I do this.

I want a profession that fills my heart more than I want one that scales or cashes out. That's why I'm still here. The last few months have made it clear to me — there aren't many other paths in this industry I could align with the way I can with this one.

I always want to serve others. Create a safe space for people. Make sure folks eat and sleep safely, in a home that's truly theirs.

This year, I'm doing something personal.

I'm dedicating part of my business to first-generation college graduates and first-generation home buyers here in the area.
