Two out of our three are heading off to college this fall, and I'm realizing we're entering a whole new season of life. 🥹❤️

We're checking all the boxes we can think of—first aid kits, mini fridges, toolboxes, medical POAs, and all the adulting paperwork. But I know there are things you don't think about until they're gone!

For those of you who have already been through this... what am I forgetting? What are the random "must-have" items or "must-do" tasks before they leave? What did your kids end up needing that you never would have thought of?

One more important question... 😂 How in the world did you get your son to actually sit down and write his graduation thank-you cards? Asking for a friend... 😉

I'd love all the advice, wisdom, and funny stories you've got!

I've taken a step back from social media for a while, but I'm excited to be back.

The past several months have been a time of focusing on what matters most—family, creating memories, and being fully present in this season of life. Sometimes stepping away gives you the opportunity to gain perspective, recharge, and appreciate the people and moments that mean the most.

As I return, I'm looking forward to sharing more of life's adventures, insights from the real estate world, and the things I'm passionate about along the way.
