🚨 SCAM ALERT: Vacant land owners, pay attention.

For the SECOND time this month, someone contacted me pretending to own a property they wanted me to sell. This one had the owner’s name, property address, and even sent a fake driver’s license. 😳

If you own vacant land, periodically check your property records, search your address online, and sign up for property fraud alerts if your county offers them.

And Realtors: verify, verify, verify. 🚩
