AI in real estate is moving past content hacks and chatbot experiments.
It’s starting to become operational.
In our newest Realty Hack episode, I sat down with Luis from Housewhisper to talk about where AI is becoming genuinely useful for agents and teams, especially around follow up, accountability, and reducing the administrative drag that costs agents deals.
One idea that stood out:
Bad automation creates noise.
Good AI creates clarity.
If a system spits out 50 tasks after every client conversation, that is not leverage. That is overwhelm.
But if AI can surface the one or two actions that actually matter, update your CRM, help manage follow up, and reinforce team standards, that starts becoming a real competitive advantage.
We also got into a bigger discussion around proptech, what AI may disrupt, and why many agents and brokers still underestimate how quickly this is moving.
If you’re thinking seriously about AI beyond the hype, I think you’ll get a lot out of this one.
How are you seeing AI become practical in real estate, not just experimental? I’d be curious what tools or use cases are standing out to you.
