Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with a friend of mine at Manuel's yesterday at her suggestion! I have not eaten there in years and was totally surprised at how good the food was! Fun time visiting about her Granger family roots in Vermillion Parish in New Orleans. Always so interesting sharing our families' roots. Thanks Ramona Granger for sharing! Let's do it again soon!

Hey guys. I don't talk about my own work much, so I'll let my clients do it.

These are real notes from real Austin families. Some I helped buy their first house. Some I sold the home they raised their kids in. A few I've now worked with three or four times over my 47years.

What comes up again and again isn't the price or the timeline. It's that they felt taken care of.

Still my favorite part of the job.

Swipe through. If you're thinking about a move this year, give me a call or send me a message.

I'm honored to be recognized by RealTrends Verified as being among the Top 1.5% of Real Estate Professionals in Austin for 2026.

This recognition is about much more than rankings. It's the result of incredible clients who have trusted me with one of life's biggest decisions, referrals from friends and families over the years, and relationships that have lasted well beyond the closing table.

What has been one of your favorite memories of buying or selling a home? I'd love to hear your story.

❤️ Thank you for your continued support.

Celebrated my youngest grandsons 19th Birthday today. Rowan wanted to connect with his Lebanese roots so I shared our family recipes with him and his friend Jay. They were a huge help! We made Tabouli, Kibi stuffed with pine nuts, grape leaves and Laban plus Lebanese flat bread. We had so much fun! Great memories!

Two favorites from today's tour.
First home is in Westover Hills, listed around $1.3M. The open concept stopped me in my tracks, vaulted ceilings, white oak floors, and a kitchen that flows straight into the living space. Then out back, a plunge pool tucked under mature trees with a shaded patio that already feels like a retreat.
Second home is in Great Hills, listed at $1,095,000. It sits on almost a full acre backing up to a canyon with west-facing hill country views. The kitchen was just updated with quartz counters, a Wolf induction cooktop, and a built-in Sub-Zero, and it opens right onto the first-floor deck. Upstairs, the primary suite has its own deck looking out over the canyon. The whole property runs on solar with three Tesla Powerwalls for backup power, and the backyard has a fire pit looking out at a meadow of native plants. Six minute walk to Great Hills Country Club, and close to The Domain, the Arboretum, and Whole Foods.
Which one would you want to walk through first? Send me a message or call me at 512-431-7404 if either one catches your eye

I hosted a Senior Workshop on June 5th with a panel of experts, a home transition specialist, a financial planning team, and an estate planning attorney. A neighbor who attended came up to me afterward with something worth sharing.
One of the panelists mentioned checking your beneficiary designations, the people listed to receive your accounts when you pass. She went home and checked. One of her financial products had no beneficiary listed. It had been that way for years, and she had no idea.
This is why I bring in outside experts for these workshops. You get honest answers from people who aren't trying to sell you anything.
If you haven't checked your beneficiaries recently, today is a good day to do it. And if you want to know when my next workshop is, send me a message right here on Facebook or call me at 512-431-7404

Details dropping soon for the next Senior Workshop. Watch this space for the date, time, and place. You won't want to miss it

Twelve years ago, on May 28, 2014, Pikul and Maansi bought their first home on Longitude Trail in Round Rock. Maansi was pregnant. New home, new chapter.

Then we just stayed friends. Annual real estate reviews. Halloween cookies for the kids. A Christmas pie. A check-in during COVID. A text after the 2022 tornado.

Then one Sunday a home came open and Pikul didn't search for an agent. He texted me.

On May 28, 2026, exactly twelve years to the day, we closed on their new home on Southern Carina Drive.

One family. Four transactions. Twelve years. Their trust, loyalty, and friendship are the reasons I still love helping people buy and sell homes. It's never just about real estate. It's about the relationships we build along the way.

What an afternoon at Chez Zee.
On June 5 we brought together 25 Northwest Hills and Great Hills homeowners for Lunch, Conversation and Real Estate. The room was full of neighbors asking real questions and getting real answers about the Austin market, downsizing options, retirement planning, and what the next chapter could look like.
I had 5 incredible experts with me. Laura Fowler, Robert Abernathy, Jullie Strippoli, Nathan Malone, and Rebecca Lusk each showed up with genuine care and thoughtful guidance for every person they spoke with.
One of the door prizes was an orchid won by a client I have known since 1990. That says everything about why I do this work. These are not transactions. These are relationships that last decades.
And the last photo. That is me walking my dear neighbor Max out the door at the end of the afternoon. Moments like that one are why I have never stopped doing this after 47 years.
The next event is already being planned. If you want to be on the list call or text 512-431-7404 or email [email protected].
Native Austinite Since 1949. REALTOR Since 1978.
Thank you to our incredible experts: Laura Fowler, Rob Abernathy, Jullie Strippoli, Nathan Malone, and Rebecca Lusk.
