A pretty house can make you move quickly. I get it. 😂

But before you get attached to the wallpaper, the backyard, or that kitchen island you’ve already mentally decorated, there are a few things I want you to know.

Homes are selling faster, there are fewer of them to go around, and sellers are getting closer to their asking price than they were last year.

The buyer-friendly stretch we've been in? It's slowly starting to shift.

So if you're thinking about selling, things are tilting back your way. Just don't wing the pricing.

And if you're buying, you've still got some wiggle room to negotiate, but I wouldn't wait around too long.
