🐾 MEET THE NEWEST MEMBER OF OUR REAL ESTATE TEAM: MYKO. 🐾

Official title: Assistant to the Assistant.
Unofficial title: Chief Pre-Inspector & Approval Giver. 😎

Before we give a house the green light, Myko has a few things he needs to investigate:

🏡 Kitchen Inspection — Is there adequate snack storage?
🛏️ Primary Suite Review — Nap potential must be 10/10.
🌳 Backyard Check — Room for zoomies is non-negotiable.
👃 Neighborhood Vibe Check — Walkability. Smells. Squirrels. The important stuff.
🪵 Flooring Report — Short legs = expert-level floor inspection.
🐾 Overall Approval — Myko Approved… or we may need to keep looking.

He’ll also be accompanying us on select property tours, inspecting homes from approximately six inches above ground level and reporting on the details the rest of us somehow miss.

Because every good real estate team needs a second opinion.

Especially one with a GoPro and four-inch legs. 😂

The rumors are true. Kat Wainwright is on fire. Again. Reports continue to pour in, another SOLD sign has appeared, and authorities have officially given up trying to contain the situation.

This one had a few twists and turns on the way to the finish line (for the juicy details, you’ll need to flip to page 4).😉

The real story is a much sweeter one. I got to help a longtime friend (and client) officially button up their Austin chapter and step into an exciting new one. It was such an honor to be trusted with something this meaningful and to help make the transition a little easier.
