💸 Don't overprice it — buyers do their homework too (almost as much as I do sniffing out treats)
👥 Get the right agent — or you might end up chasing your tail like I do
📸 Skip the blurry photos — your home's first showing is online, so make it count
🧹 Declutter — buyers wanna picture their life there, not your knick-knack collection
🛋️ Stage it — helps folks see the potential (works on me for stealing socks too)
🔧 Fix the little things — that squeaky door or old roof? Buyers notice
🌿 Don't skip curb appeal — first impressions matter, even for us pups
🙈 Be upfront about issues — inspectors always sniff them out anyway 🐽
🔑 Stay flexible with showings — the easier it is to see, the faster it sells
