Congratulations to the entire MHP team and our outstanding partners on the closing and commencement of Ekos at Bayonet Point II, the second phase of our three-phase affordable housing community in Pasco County, Florida! 🏗

Phase II will deliver 120 new affordable senior (62+) apartments, serving residents at 22%, 40%, and 60% of Area Median Income. And these are more than just apartments. Residents will enjoy a robust amenity package that includes a including a clubhouse, pool, ﬁtness center, arts and crafts space, computer lab, dog park, grilling areas, and a scenic walking trail. When all three phases are complete, the master planned community will provide 360 truly affordable homes for seniors, families, and individuals in fast-growing Pasco County.

We’re proud to continue expanding access to high-quality, attainable Housing in Pasco County and throughout Florida! Stay tuned to watch this community take shape.

Ekos at Bayonet Point II is expected to be completed in the ﬁrst quarter of 2028.

Douglas Gardens Senior Health and Living has been named a finalist in the South Florida Business Journal's 2026 Structures Awards! 🎉👏

Douglas Gardens brings 410 mixed-income affordable units, serving seniors from 30% to 100% AMI, along with an on-site medical clinic offering primary care services. As the largest affordable senior housing development in Broward County and the second largest in Florida, the community has meaningfully improved the quality of life for seniors across Broward.

Douglas Gardens was developed and built through a partnership between McDowell Housing Partners, Miami Jewish Health, and ANF Group, bringing together housing, healthcare, and construction expertise to deliver one of Florida's most complex affordable developments.

The Structures Awards recognize the region’s most impactful real estate projects and the teams that brought them to life. We are honored to see Douglas Gardens recognized among this year’s outstanding developments.

The MHP team is proud to announce that we have officially closed on financing and commenced construction on Ekos at Rockledge Park, a $38.2 million affordable housing community in Brevard County! 🚧👏

Located near Florida’s Space Coast, the development will deliver 100 thoughtfully designed apartment homes for families earning between 30% and 70% of the AMI. This is MHP’s first development in Brevard County and our 18th affordable housing community to begin construction in Florida since 2019. This community represents another meaningful investment towards making housing affordable and accessible in our state.

The community is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028. 🏗️
