Some referrals become clients.
Some clients become people you'll never forget.
Last fall, I received a call from a former coworker from my days in the OB Department at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. She asked if I could help her son, Matthew, and his girlfriend, Kailey, find a home.
What followed was months of house hunting, conversations, questions, learning, laughter, and trust.
Like many buyers, there were moments of disappointment along the way. We found a home they thought might be the one, only to watch that opportunity slip away. At the time, it was difficult. Looking back now, it was one of the best things that could have happened.
Because then this home came along.
The moment we walked through the door, it felt different. It suited them in all the right ways. A place where Matthew can spend time working on the vehicles and projects he enjoys. A place where Kailey can create cozy spaces, fill shelves with books, decorate, garden, and truly make it her own. A place where new memories will be made and traditions will begin.
Matthew and Kailey were the kind of clients every Realtor hopes to work with. They were kind, patient, eager to learn, and trusted the guidance I offered throughout the process. It was a privilege to help them purchase their first home together.
