A lot of people know I sell homes in the capital region. What a lot of people don’t know are the properties I sell in the rural areas that I am passionate about.
A lot of real estate agents show what most people can generally see from the road or a quick walk around. My goals and marketing go deeper. Using some of the best trail cameras in the industry, Tactacam, I help generate a bigger picture that allows a broader market.
I tour the property and locate the best possible advantage of placing trial cameras in order to see what is roaming around the property when nobody is there to see. From deer and bear to fox, coyotes, bobcats, fisher, etc. This helps paint a picture for a hunter and/or outdoor enthusiast that sees the value of the property outside of a home location.
Most recently I have secured buyers of another 176 acre property by using these cameras. To physically show the deer and bear that were actively on the property gave them a sense of urgency and joy in pursuing and ultimately putting in an offer that my seller accepted.
