💬 Leadership is the difference — especially in today’s market.

In this conversation with Joshua Smith, he said something every agent — and seller — should hear:
➡️ Don’t wait for buyers to come to you.
➡️ Go after them.
➡️ Lead the process — don’t let the process lead you.

Too many agents don’t get enough real opportunities because they aren’t creating enough at-bats… and when they do get one, they let the client or the other side drive the deal.

Real promotion today means:
• Proactively reaching out
• Leading the other party
• And then having honest, strategic conversations around pricing
