🚨Repost 🚨 🏠 Own a vacant property in Baltimore? Consider donating it to the City.

The Baltimore DHCD is accepting donations of vacant properties and lots through our Property Donation Program.

If you own a property you no longer plan to rehabilitate, donating it to the City can provide a no-cost way to release responsibility while helping bring new life to vacant homes and lots across Baltimore.

Through Mayor Brandon Scott’s Reframe Baltimore strategy, the City is working to reduce vacant properties and support stronger neighborhoods. Donated properties can become part of that effort, helping create opportunities for redevelopment and long-term community investment.
