Another one LEASED! 🏡🔑

Mike listed this townhouse for rent and the response was huge — with hundreds of inquiries from prospective tenants.

It’s a great reminder that Maryland’s rental market is still incredibly active, and for some homeowners, renting out their current property can open up more options for their next move.

If you bought or refinanced when rates were especially low and you’re ready for more space, a different location, or simply a change — you may not have to sell your current home to make that happen. Keeping the property as a rental could allow you to hold onto that low mortgage rate while turning the home into an investment.

Of course, every situation is different, but it’s worth running the numbers before automatically assuming you have to sell.
