My first transaction may not have went as originally planned, as I had a horrible ATV accident just a week after going under contract, spending two weeks in the hospital, and having surgery the day before closing… I was home recovering but still was able to get a picture thanks to FaceTime 😂 I am super grateful to have Tonya Renfrow, Inspire Realty Principal Broker as she not only was by my side in the hospital every day, but kept this transaction moving to get to the closing table.
