🏡🔑 WE FINALLY DID IT!!! 🔑🏡

HUGE congratulations to my client, Hunter, on officially becoming a HOMEOWNER!!! 🎉🥳

This one is extra special because we’ve been on this journey for almost FOUR YEARS! ❤️

We toured nearly 50 homes, went under contract TWICE, and unfortunately both deals fell through. But Hunter never gave up — and neither did I!

Today, all the waiting, searching, showings, and setbacks were worth it because THIS ONE WAS THE ONE! 🥹🏡

🔑 CLOSED TODAY! 🔑

Hunter, I am SO incredibly happy for you and honored that I got to be beside you through this entire journey. You waited for the right home, and today you finally get to call it YOURS! ❤️

Congratulations on your FIRST HOME! 🏡🎉
Here’s to new beginnings, making memories, and so many happy years ahead!

WELCOME HOME, HUNTER!!! 🥂🔑🏡

Shout out to Ryan Larussa nmls #96565 Adam Woods and their team for making this all such a smooth ride for my client and of course Ashley with Legacy Title, LLC for making that the quickest closing time EVER! All of you are amazing 🙌

🏡 Some closings just hit different… and this one will always have my heart.

I’ve had the privilege of watching Kyleigh grow up right next door—seeing her laugh in her parents’ yard, sharing life with a family we’ve always held close. So when she called me, not as the little girl next door but as a young woman ready to start her own chapter, asking me to help her and her boyfriend find their first home… it meant more than I can even put into words.

From that very first conversation to today, it’s been so much more than just a real estate journey. It’s been watching two incredible people chase a dream, build a future, and step into a life they’ve worked so hard for. They’ve trusted me every step of the way, and somewhere along the process, clients became family.

Today, they don’t just close on a house—they open the door to their home. A place where memories will be made, traditions will begin, and their story will continue to grow.

Kyleigh, I am so proud of you and Jean-Paul you are now apart of such an amazing family. One lucky guy you are!

Thank you both for trusting me with something so special. This one will always be unforgettable.

Congratulations on your beautiful beginning. 🏡✨

Shout out to Adam Woods & Ryan Larussa nmls #96565 for making this entire transaction so simple and easy and of course to Cypress Title - Prairieville for taking care of the closing and keeping it smooth! Y’all all continue to exceed the expectations as usual💙👏🏼

💛💜 Ascension Parish Housing Market Update – Spring 2026 💜💛

🏡 Hey friends! Thinking about buying or selling in Ascension Parish? Here’s what’s happening in our local market RIGHT NOW:

✨ Home Prices: Steady at around $300K — not skyrocketing, not dropping — just balanced and predictable. That means more opportunity for buyers and smart moves for sellers who price their homes right!

📈 Mortgage Rates: Hovering in the mid-6% range. While they might dip slightly later this year, buyers who act now could lock in before any shifts. Even small rate changes can make a big difference in your monthly payments!

💡 What this means for YOU:
• 🏠 Buyers: More homes are available and sitting a little longer — perfect time to find your dream home!
• 📣 Sellers: Well-priced homes are still selling fast — let’s showcase yours and make it stand out!

🌟 Why work with me?
I’m Kristin Gautreau with Century 21 Bessette Flavin, and I help local families navigate the market with confidence! Whether it’s finding the perfect home or getting top dollar for your current one, I’ve got your back.
