Big news!

Starting with new loan reservations on February 20, the CAFA First Home 2026A Program will launch with a new low interest rate of 5.88%.

Program Highlights:
• Down Payment Assistance: 4% of the total loan amount
• Second Mortgage Term: 5-Year Forgivable second mortgage

This new lower rate, paired with our enhanced structure, makes CAFA’s First Home program more competitive than ever for your borrowers.

Important Reminder:
Loans currently in the 2026A pipeline are not eligible for the new rate. Existing reservations cannot be canceled and re-reserved to obtain the 5.88% rate. No exceptions.

✨ Closing the Day Before Thanksgiving… What a Blessing! 🏡🧡

Today was extra special. After walking with my buyers for a little over a year through prayers, patience, disappointments, and determination, they finally received the keys to their new home just in time for Thanksgiving.

✨ September Reflections + Recap ✨

Before we close out October, I couldn’t move forward without sharing my reflections from September. 🌿

September was a month of growth, grace, and grit. I overcame some personal hurdles but through it all, God remained faithful. 🙏

Amid the challenges came moments of joy, celebrating my husband’s birthday, enjoying a quick getaway, and being reminded that life is still full of beautiful blessings. 💛

Professionally, September was also a strong month with over $1 million in total sales volume! 🏡💰
Some homes closed, others are pending, but every transaction was a step toward helping families reach their next chapter.
