VA and Rural Development loans offer no down payment! There are even 0% down loans for physicians and other specialists. Less $ down on a traditional loan requires mortgage insurance, and of course, a higher monthly payment. Always get your experienced Realtor to refer you to the right local professional, based on your scenario, to compare different scenarios for you.
