Cypress Title, founded by Jason Dupree, Johnny McKay and Bryan Denison, opened for business in January 2005 to provide professional and efficient residential and commercial real estate closing services. Today, Cypress has 11 experienced attorneys on staff and three convenient locations. Cypress Title maintains the highest industry standards and holds an American Land and Title (ALTA) Best Practices Certification. Whether coordinating a residential refinance or complex commercial transaction, Cypress strives to provide superior customer service throughout the entire process.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and as part of our ProtectHER Peace initiative, Premier Property and Consulting Group and Cypress Title wanted to do something to encourage women to prioritize their safety, confidence, and peace of mind. We're excited to introduce transaction assistant Casey Reid, who has helped keep things running smoothly at Cypress Title since 2022! When she's not scheduling closings or welcoming visitors, you'll likely find her trying out a new recipe or catching up on the latest true crime documentary.

She credits the great group of people she works with as the best part of her job. We're grateful to have Casey and her contagious laugh that fills our office throughout the day as part of the Cypress Title team!

Introducing Michele Silvio, our Senior Closing Specialist for over 11 years! Born in Baton Rouge and now a proud native, Michele lives for the moment a first-time homebuyer gets the keys to their new home — and her joy is absolutely contagious.

When she's not guiding buyers and sellers through the closing process or working closely with lenders and realtors to ensure a smooth transaction, you might find her putting the finishing touches on a decorated cake or enjoying the great outdoors camping with her family (just don't bring any bugs along for the trip).
