Our founder, Scott Bardwell, recently joined a builder panel hosted by HBA|GBR, sharing what over 20 years of building in the Capital Region has taught him.

When asked what sets Bardwell apart, Scott pointed to the same philosophy behind Providence back in 2002: building communities rather than subdivisions.

He also shared advice from his mentor, Bill Peters, that applies past homebuilding: know who you are, and be specific.
