Okay I have to talk about this for a second.
In 10 days I get to be in the room for Quantum Leap, and it is honestly one of the most meaningful things I do. It is a free full day for young adults ages 18 to 29, and it is all about helping them set goals, think about building wealth, and make bigger decisions for their future.
No catch. The whole day is free, and students can even enter for scholarships, mentoring, and coaching.
If you have a young person in your life who is ready to level up, this is for them. Dayton, June 12th.

Happy June, Dayton friends! ☀️
The kids are almost out of school so I put together a June Bucket List to keep everybody busy all month long. It is packed with local adventures for kids and adults, and honestly it is a fun way to fall in love with our city all over again.
Today we are starting at Oakes Quarry Park! It is a hidden gem with fossils, open trails, and tons of room to run around. Pack water, wear good shoes, and let the little ones explore.

I hear the same myths every week from clients, DMs, and people sharing things they read online without knowing if it actually applies here in Dayton.
Some are harmless. Others have genuinely cost people tens of thousands or delayed their plans by months.
