From start to finish these buyers knew what they were looking for.

Charlotte had worked with me before as a Seller and her daughter and son and law also hired me to help them find their first home together. A few years later and daughter #2 was ready for her first place.

We started our journey looking in Salem and Windham. We saw some nice homes and others that had us wondering what the heck did we just look at. But ultimately Lauren knew she wanted open concept, a nice yard, and an updated classic feel in a home. Pelham delivered with this charming oversized split level on a sizeable lot. The sellers definitely had pride of ownership here and made the negotiations pretty easy.

From start to finish this one was about two years in the making. These buyers were determined to be home owners and get free of the rental game. They saved, worked hard, saved some more, dealt with layoffs at work, no credit to minimal credit, did the work to build it, and never gave up hope. We looked at a dozen or more homes, made offers, went under contract on one only to be released from the contract because inspections were not to their satisfaction, to finally find the ranch style home they have been dreaming of in the school district they were hoping for with a yard, large driveway and just about everything on their wish list!! I am so happy for this family to have finally find the ONE and become HOME OWNERS today!! Shout out to Stacey Goupil Adams of Fairway Mortgage for getting it done and The Title Team for the smooth and seamless closing process as always!!
