Meet Shannon Carpenter, a Title Searcher for our Indianapolis and Lebanon offices! 🔍🏠

Shannon has been a cornerstone of our team for 23 years, starting as a college intern in 2003 with Royal Title Services (now part of Allied Capital Title). Having worked as a closing processor and a full-time closer, she now puts her extensive experience to work solving property histories.

For Shannon, every search is like detective work. She loves putting the puzzle pieces together, uncovering property history, and tackling complex title challenges to ensure a seamless closing.

Outside of work, Shannon keeps busy! After 20 years of coaching high school varsity cheerleading, she retired her megaphone to join her husband on a competitive pool team in the APA League. When she's not playing 8-ball or 9-ball, you can find her camping, enjoying live concerts, or watching dirt track racing with family and friends.

To top it all off, Shannon is excitedly preparing to welcome a new granddaughter in early 2027! 💗

And the cutest, happiest little Hudson helped his daddy get through all the closing paperwork!
