And that’s a wrap for the Bells!!! Austin and Taylor, Thank yall so much for letting me help sell your first home and help you buy your new home! It really meant so much to me to help yall! Love you guys! Boy was this one a learning experience. Thank you to everyone who helped push both of these through! I couldn’t have done it without everyone involved!

2 days before closing on the home they were selling a tree fell on it. Big shout out to Fowler’s Tree and Stump for cleaning up the tree and getting the tarp out so quickly. Thank you to Apex Home Renovation Experts for getting all the work done as quick as possible. And thank you so much to Deborah “DA” Andrews with TMills Realty Group for being so great to work with! And of course the group at Smiths Closing and Title for always being great!

The house they bought is beautiful and I’m so excited for them!! They so deserve it after the chaos we went through. Thank you Nadia Wallace with REAL Broker for being so great to work with!! Thank you to Mike Tullo and Debbie Echols with Success Lending for doing this one so fast! And of course thank you to Bridget and Downs and Davis!

Despite the chaos of the tree I couldn’t ask for better clients or better people to work with. Thank you all for making this hectic closing as smooth as it could be!
