More homes hit the Lehigh Valley market in August, but inventory remains tight.

Highlights of the August market report include:

🏡 Closed Sales increased 3.2%
🏡 Inventory grew 8.2%
🏡 Median Sales Price increased 9.2% to $379,000

While inventory is moving in the right direction, the Lehigh Valley had just a 1.7-month supply of homes compared to 4.6 months nationally.
