A record Median Sales Price headlined the Greater Lehigh Valley REALTORS®’ (GLVR) June housing report, as buyer activity remained steady amid a persistently limited supply of homes. The Median Sales Price climbed 4.1 percent to $385,000, surpassing the highest median sales price of $375,000 first recorded in July 2025 and again matched in May 2026.
