Jon has been with Snow Squad for a whopping two "glorious" weeks and has already jumped right into the action!

A 13-month cruise around the world.

🌅 Early bird or night owl?
Jon says the night owl has aged and evolved into an early bird.

We're excited to have Jon on the team and can't wait to see what he accomplishes this season!

This season, we're making some exciting changes to help us serve you better! We've redesigned our routes and are focusing our equipment within specific neighborhoods, allowing us to respond faster and provide more consistent service throughout every snowfall.

Our goal is simple: faster service, more reliability, and a better overall customer experience. ❄
