Happy Closing Day, Katie!

This house is extra special for me because I have known Katie since we were kids. She came to me in a position where she needed to move out quick to relocate for her job. We had photos taken of her home the day of the listing appointment, listed it the next day, and went under contract in 72 hours!

I am so grateful I was able to help my friend move in the short timeline she had and start her new life out in Colorado.
