What You’ll Do:
âś…Be the go-to support for agents and lenders, providing top-notch administrative assistance.
âś…Collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely closings.
âś…Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and coordinate closing disclosures with lenders.
âś…Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all processes while providing exceptional service at every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
âś…3+ years of escrow processing experience (Real estate experience a plus!)
âś…Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and knowledge of industry programs like Resware.
✅Exceptional communication skills—clear, professional, and proactive.
âś…Proven ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities with a positive, team-oriented spirit.
Bonus Skills: Experience with the Resware operating system.
