What You’ll Do:
✅Be the go-to support for agents and lenders, providing top-notch administrative assistance.
✅Collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely closings.
✅Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and coordinate closing disclosures with lenders.
✅Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all processes while providing exceptional service at every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
✅3+ years of escrow processing experience (Real estate experience a plus!)
✅Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and knowledge of industry programs like Resware.
✅Exceptional communication skills—clear, professional, and proactive.
✅Proven ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities with a positive, team-oriented spirit.
Bonus Skills: Experience with the Resware operating system.
