📊 July Real Estate Market Update | Metro Birmingham, AL 🏡

July brought a slight shift in the Metro Birmingham housing market, but demand remains strong and homes are continuing to sell quickly. Here's a look at the latest numbers:

🏡 991 Homes Sold (⬇️ 7%)
💲 Average Sale Price: $463,966 (⬇️ 3%)
⏱️ Average Days on Market: 31 (⬇️ 3 days)
📈 Homes For Sale: Up 2%

While sales and average prices cooled slightly from June, homes are actually selling even faster, and inventory continues to improve. The market is becoming more balanced, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers who have the right strategy.

All stats were pulled from the Greater Alabama MLS covering the Metro Birmingham areas I serve.
