I was lucky enough to meet Luke and Chloe while they were looking to relocate from Seattle in 2021. Since then, their family has grown and it was time for an upgrade. I think it’s safe to say we found it.

After a few weeks of experiencing first hand how hot the Ann Arbor market really is, we were able to time this one up perfectly. We got an offer in first day on market and were able to get under contract within the first weekend.

I could honestly write a novel on this home at this point, but It really starts with the history of it. The lot was first built on by a local grocery store owner at the turn of the century in 1904 (located where Alley Bar is now). It was then reconstructed in 1961 into what we see today. Since then, the owners have gone out of their way to maintain it through and through, with the most recent owner living there for 12 years. In that span, he added some of the finest additions, upgrades, and finishes I have seen to date. His attention to detail and craftsmanship for the place was unmatched.

I really want to thank the listing agent .brent . On the buy side, it’s rare that you get the opportunity to work with someone that truly cares about both parties. He went out of his way to assure a seamless transaction every step of the way.
