Yesterday was the most fun TOP producer event for ARC REALTY agents. We were encouraged, taught, informed, celebrated, and mixed in a little bit of fun! 🚗 💨 Barber Motorsports Park hosted us for our meeting. Then spoiled us with two CRAZY fast laps around the track in brand new PORSHE’s. What a fun day! Thank you, ARC realty to always pouring back into us so we can pour into our clients. ARC-A Relationship Company is what we are all about through and through.

SOLD. Caroline and Dalton were referred to me by a sweet friend and I was honored from the start.

We met at a house in Greystone and it wasn’t the right fit. Saw MANY more, all over town, even made offers on a few. Everything they wanted, everyone else wanted or it was a house not worth pursuing. After having a tough time, they decided to rent for another year and then reset.

Fast forward a year, we saw more houses, and found the ONE back where we started! In Greystone!! We offered on it and a cash offer swooped in and beat us out. Huge bummer!! Every house we saw after that just didn’t seem right. Well, GUESS WHAT! The first offer didn’t work out and we GOT IT! My clients were ecstatic and I was pumped for them!

We got through inspection, appraisal, termite, and today we CLOSED! Congrats to the sweetest couple! 🩷

Also, HUGE honor to work with Tina Baum. She is a class act and was a fabulous co-op agent. We used to work in the same office and I even babysat her kids before I got married! Time flies!
