Signature Sothebys/Paul A. Gaudio Growing up in the 60's we were all a bit of nonconformists and it has followed me through 60 years of life and 28 years of full time professional Realtor.

What it has instilled in me is the knowledge that putting the client first is the only way to be successful in this business. Unlike some I do not put the commission check first, as there is not one home I can sell that will secure my retirement years. Therefore, I need to sell A LOT of homes in order to accomplish my goals! So, the only logical methodology is to make sure you earn the clients referral, the source of much business. I make every effort to listen to the clients needs and desires, to educate clients so they have no surprises and to guide the client from the beginning of the process all the way through closing. It is also my hopes that we have established a relationship that you are comfortable in my knowledge of the real estate industry to use me as a source for ANY information you may need in the future. My intentions are not to quickly sell your home or find you a new one, cash the commission check and forget about you, I want all my clients to be so completely satisfied with my services that you will have a Realtor for life and one that you feel comfortable referring to your family and friends. My slogan for 25 years has always been "My Only Goal Is Your Complete Satisfaction"!

Been seeing a lot of ads on FB from companies who will pay you cash for your home! Retired Realtor of 33 years and assure you with these companies you will lose money on the sale of the home. Think about it they are a business and need to make a profit. I urge you to talk to your Realtor and if you don’t have one see who advertise the most and has the most signs 🪧 in your area! If in Michigan feel free to message me.

I Updated- this morning my entire feed was ads. After I did this all I see is my people again. I’m not sure how it works, but it did?
To regain friends in your news feed and get rid of ads - Hold your finger anywhere in this post and click ′copy’. Go to your page where it says ‘What's on your mind?’ Tap your finger anywhere in the blank field. Click paste. This upgrades the system.

I would like to thank Everyone for telling me how to do the bypass. I wondered where everybody had been!
This is good to know: It's ridiculous to have over 540 friends and only 25 are allowed to see my post.
It WORKS!! I have a whole new news feed. I’m seeing posts from people I haven’t seen in years.
Here’s how to bypass the system FB now has in place that limits posts on your news feed.
Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click paste.
This will bypass the system.
If you are reading this message, do me a favor and leave me a quick comment...a "hello," a sticker, whatever you want, so you will appear in my newsfeed😊
