I couldn't be happier for Stephanie and her three sweet girls as they start this next chapter in a home that truly feels perfect for them.

This one wasn't easy... we found ourselves competing against 9 other offers, and I was incredibly honored when the listing agent shared that my communication throughout the process played a role in our offer being accepted. We navigated a nerve wracking appraisal guarantee, which after meeting the appraiser at the property with comparable sales and an updates list, we only ended up needing to use $5,000 out of a $20,000 guarantee!!

But beyond the negotiations, this is what it's all about: four awesome ladies getting a new place to call home, memories waiting to be made, and even a pet pig living behind them that I'm pretty sure will become their new best friend hahah 🐷
