Highlight of my day! I received this feedback from a client that purchased their first home at the end of 2022. They were patient and determined despite the climate of a volatile market. This also brought a flash back to me wobbling around at 9 months pregnant showing them properties and getting an accepted offer in the midst of postpartum. WHEW! They were excellent clients to work with & I was so honored to assist them! Thank you to for making this an extremely smooth process! ❤️

welcome to l i t t l e v e n i c e of Detroit 🛶

When Alyssa and I had her initial buyers consultation to discuss all things real estate, her top goal was to find a property on the water in Detroit. We looked at all of the condos available on the water but nothing stuck out to her. She had her heart set on one specific, under the radar neighborhood. We ended up getting an accepted offer on a waterfront home that was nearly falling into the water and did not pass inspection. After that, she was understandably discouraged from the home buying process. Although she was open to Reno projects, I was on a mission to find her a move in ready waterfront property so we didn’t have to deal with inspection issues again. Year 3 of looking for the right fit - it came to market! Move in ready, clean inspection and appraisal valuing well over purchase price - this one was certainly worth the wait. Watching one of my closest friends accomplish a goal that seemed so far out of reach makes my heart full to the max. Congratulations lyss!!! I am SO proud of you! 💕

My point of sharing her journey is that it is very easy to lose sight of your initial goal when searching for a home - whether it’s impatience, timing or simply being burnt out from this competitive market we are in. As a Realtor, I am your biggest advocate - I am here to keep you focused on what your real estate goals are and make it happen! 🏡

Just in time for Christmas🎄🏡

Congratulations to the De La O’s on their first home purchase! After spending time in Arizona, Anna, Garrett & Lorenzo decided to move to Michigan to be closer to family and excel Anna’s career. This is one of my favorite parts of my job - reconnecting with lovely people, helping them achieve their goal of homeownership and seeing these huge smiles on closing day. So happy for your family!! 💚 ♥️

Thankful to have the best assistance while on “mat leave” - This couldn’t have happened as smoothly without the support from Bryan Best and Joe Bigelman for assisting during their home buying process. We appreciate both of you so much!
