Since obtaining my license in 1986, I have remained a persistent and dedicated advocate of my engaging buyer, seller or asset manager in any real estate transaction undertaken. Whether it be helping them through the difficult issues of a Loan Modification (HAMA), Short Sale (HAFA) transaction, Moving Allowance or Deed in lieu transaction; bringing to the transaction the certifications and accreditations of a Buyers Representative (ABR), Brokers Price Opinion Expert (BPOE), Certified Depressed Property Expert (CDEP) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) wherein I can close a transaction regardless of its apparent difficulty and complexity.
