5 hours … that is all the time it took to deliver 32 meal kits to 32 families. 1st run was 14, second run was 10 & the third and final run was 8.

In addition to bringing a bit of joy to these 32 homes, there were lots of snuggles with their family pets, helping one senior relying on a cane by carrying 2 cases of water and a box of cat litter to their 2nd floor apartment (note to self - do more cardio), met those living in homes without electricity or without running water or with broken windows. I also experienced so much gratitude from recipients for my tiny tiny tiny bit of help just by delivering food.

Thank you Two Men And A Truck for the boxes donated to Pantry 279 that helped bring this needed food to so many families today and the rest of this weekend.

Food and $$ are still needed! Please consider giving … every little bit helps 🩵🩵🩵. This is not just Thanksgiving - this is a year round need for the families I met today!!!!

We recently helped one of our HOA communities save almost 50% on new replacement patio doors - simply by re-evaluating the original doors, proposing an alternative and negotiating a volume deal with a local vendor.

The new doors look great per the homeowners AND they are more energy efficient + lower in overall maintenance needs.

We explore ways to save HOAs money.
