After a day exploring Blue Ridge, this is where everything slows down. Warm water. Trees all around. String lights overhead. And no reason to check the time. The Owl’s Nest Cabin sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private hot tub waiting for the end of the day.

We were so honored to host Cameron and his family at The Owl’s Nest for their anniversary getaway.

Sometimes it does not have to be a big vacation. Sometimes it looks like coffee on the deck, trees all around, no rushing, no alarms, and no one asking what is next. That is the feeling we wanted The Owl’s Nest Cabin to hold. A place where you can slow down, breathe deeper, and remember what it feels like to be present.

A Blue Ridge weekend idea from The Owl’s Nest 🦉

We spent a weekend in Blue Ridge with friends and loved getting to enjoy the area like guests do. If you’re planning a relaxed mountain getaway, these are 3 stops we’d happily recommend:

Stop 1: Long Creek Falls
An easy trail with a beautiful waterfall payoff.

Stop 2: The Pullman All Day Eatery
Good food, good company, and a relaxed lunch stop in town.

Stop 3: Reece’s Cider Company
Cider flights, porch sitting, and often live music on the weekends.

One of the things we love most about The Owl’s Nest is that it gives guests a peaceful place to stay while still being close enough to explore Blue Ridge, Ellijay, waterfalls, restaurants, orchards, shops, and local favorites.
