May, June, and July brought incredible momentum to the North Georgia mountains, and August is simply serving as a healthy, expected readjustment. 🌲

When looking at the big picture, fundamentals remain steady: closed unit sales are holding strong year-to-date, pricing has leveled out following July's massive spike, and inventory growth is measured and completely normal. 📈🏡
