September Blue Ridge Market Update! 🍂🏡Here is what’s happening in our market right now:

📈 Year-Over-Year Growth: Total sales volume and total units closed were BOTH up compared to last September. Buyers are actively closing deals!
📊 Prices Holding Strong: While median prices dipped slightly compared to last year, they are holding remarkably steady—which is a fantastic sign of stability in today’s broader economic environment.
🍁 The Seasonal Shift: New listings slowed down from August, but that is right on track with our normal autumn shift. Active inventory remains high enough to give buyers great choices, but it's well within a healthy, non-alarming range.
🔥 Fall Momentum: Even though overall volume and units naturally cooled off from peak summer, we are feeling a solid wave of momentum heading into the fall season.
