Did you know there's a cave in Roanoke Park? 👀
Local legend says Jesse James used it to stash wh***ey. Historical accounts say it was actually a w**e cellar back in the 1840s. Either way, it got sealed up in the 1940s and mostly forgotten, until 2020, when part of the wall gave way and a community restoration project brought it back into view.
We love finding stuff like this in our own backyard. Have you seen it in person?

Our heart is really full tonight. ❤️

Today was our Quint Group Client Appreciation Party at Longview Lake, and getting to look around and see so many familiar faces was one of those moments that reminds us exactly why we love what we do.

We say all the time that our relationship with our clients doesn’t end at the closing table, and today was such a beautiful reminder of that. Getting to hug people we haven’t seen in a while, catch up on life, laugh together and spend time with people who have trusted us during some of the biggest moments of their lives meant more than I can put into words.

And listen… it was HOT. 😂 Like, nearly 100° Missouri heat HOT. We completely understood that today wasn’t an easy day to be outside, which honestly made it mean that much more that so many of you still took the time to come spend part of your day with us. We found some shade, caught a breeze, Kona Ice saved lives 😂 and we all sweated in unity.

A huge thank you to the incredible vendors and partners who helped make today possible, too.
